What Is The Procedure For A Nose Job In Turkey?
Open Rhinoplasty
Open rhinoplasty is the nose surgery performed through an incision in the area called columella at the tip of the nose. In open rhinoplasty surgeries, the surgical intervention area is wider and therefore, there is a chance to make more comprehensive changes in the nose.
Especially in revision surgeries, open rhinoplasty surgery is performed to correct and reconstruct the appearance of the previous surgery.
Closed Rhinoplasty
In closed rhinoplasty, there is no incision on columella, as in open rhinoplasty, and the surgery is performed entirely through the nose. There is no incision at the tip of the nose, so there will be no incision scars while healing. The vessels and nerves passing through the tip of the nose are not damaged, and therefore, there will be no loss of sensation at the tip of the nose and no extra cold feeling after the surgery. Since surgery is performed in a more limited area, recovery is faster.
